Your key responsibilities:

We are still looking for experts to join our dynamic team (20 people) and take part in a strategic mission where customer experience, rigor and team management are at the heart of your responsibilities. You'll oversee the administrative management of client files throughout the Client Life Cycle, ensuring compliance with the Bank's standards and regulations during both onboarding and periodic reviews.

More in details, your mission will be:

• Reviewing and validating client-provided documents, ensuring all information is correctly inputted into the Bank's systems.
• Keeping customer files up-to-date and fully compliant with the Bank's requirements throughout the life of their account.
• Ensuring strict adherence to the Bank's internal procedures and regulatory standards.
• Managing administrative tasks linked to client documentation, such as encoding, verification, and archiving.
• Maintaining the accuracy, quality, and completeness of all customer file documentation.

Experience:

• You have at least a first experience in banking industry
• You are comfortable working across departments and collaborate effectively with Front Office, Compliance, etc .
• You are customer oriented and have a strong organisational capacity to achieve your goals.
• You know how to anticipate, take initiatives and be proactive in optimizing processes and tools.
• You are pragmatic and able to find solutions to problems that arise.
• Excellent team spirit and recognized relational qualities.
• A proactive and structured approach to ensure a high level of service.

You have a good level in French and English and have a good command of Portuguese is a plus.
