We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee warehouse operations. This professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in logistics and warehousing management.

Principais responsabilidades

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping;
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits;
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation and distribution of goods;
• Negotiate and manage relationships with freight carriers, third-party logistics providers, and suppliers;
• Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP integrations;
• Enforce workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA or local regulations.

Perfil desejado

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution management;
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
• Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfilment, and logistics processes;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
