Program Objective:
We are looking for a creative intern with a passion for video and social media to bring our hostels to life through authentic, dynamic, and strategic content.
If you know how to transform real moments into engaging content, identify trends, and adapt them to a brand, this internship is for you.
What you will learn to do:
- ?Create videos for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms
- Follow the day-to-day life of the hostels and transform it into content
- Identify and adapt trends to the brand universe
- Develop scripts and creative concepts
- Capture and edit video (short and dynamic format)
- Support the digital content strategy

Perfil do Candidato
- Student in Communication, Audiovisual, Marketing, Multimedia, or similar
- Able to provide an Internship Agreement
- EU Citizen or have a VISA
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Creativity, autonomy, and initiative
- Sensitivity to young and international environments
