Vehicle Service History Coordinator (m/f/d) - Porto

Job Description:
We are recruiting a Vehicle Service History Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our client's operation in Porto. Our client is a leader in transforming the car industry, offering innovative solutions for buying, selling, and exploring cars with confidence.

Workplace: Remote with occasional office attendance required in Porto.

Schedule:
Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 am and 7:30 pm

What will be expected from you?

  • Review and analyse service records (physical documents, digital records) for vehicles listed in upcoming auctions;
  • Verify the authenticity of service records through established procedures, including comparisons with independent sources (manufacturer databases, government records, etc.);
  • Identify and flag any discrepancies or inconsistencies in service history documentation.
  • Research and gather missing service history information, if possible;
  • Update and maintain our internal vehicle database with accurate and complete service history records;
  • Proactively communicate with internal teams (operations and sales teams) regarding any concerns or issues with service history documentation. This includes providing clear explanations, potential delays, and collaborating on solutions to ensure transparency throughout the auction process;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for verifying vehicle service history.


What do you need to have?

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level.
  • Proven experience in client and process management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with buyers and sellers.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Availability to work in a temporary position for about 3 or 4 weeks.
