Position: Validation Engineer

Duration: Minimum 18 months (with potential extension)

Location: 100% Remote (Europe Time Zone Only)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Validation Engineer to join our team and contribute to key projects in the healthcare and life sciences sector. In this role, you will focus on protocol development, including writing, reviewing, and finalizing validation documentation (IQ, OQ, PQ). You will play a critical role in ensuring that systems, equipment, and processes meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment, systems, and processes.
• Ensure protocols comply with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, GMP) and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical inputs and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support validation execution and troubleshooting, as needed.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation to support inspections.

Requirements:

• Location: Remote work setup, Europe Time Zone only.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience as a Validation Engineer or in a similar role.
• Industry Background: Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
• Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Skills:
• Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, GMP, ISO) and validation processes.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
