Your new role:
The UX Specialist as part of the User Experience Team will help to redefine the perception of Technology. This person will be an advisor to our PMO teams in areas of change management and the deployment strategy as well as to our operations team to enhance general user adoption of new technologies and experience. The UX Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating and engaging superuser groups and communities of practice.
The UX Specialist participates actively on building a communication concept and develops related communication and functional brand activities and campaigns.
The role is managing relationships with Technology Business Partnering organizations, and Learning and Development teams and actively supports functional collaboration.
What you will need to succeed:
Degree-level education (or equivalent) in relevant subject área;
Experience of working in a matrix and international environment
Experience with change management on IT projects;
Verbal & written proficiency in English;
A second language advantageous;
Proficiency in Microsoft M365 suite, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar
