What do we do?

VWFS Porto is a VWFS AG IT hub, and the first outside Germany. Here we will establish a long-term Business & IT company. Our primary goal is to service all European markets in implementing and maintaining contract management systems and another IT projects in other areas. Our focus is on: Core systems, satellite systems (such as document management systems, collection systems) but also extends to integrations, data, and large project organizations. For this we seek a hands-on User Administrator & Service Desk Specialist.


Objectives:

To provide support for User Management and User Administration topics - projects and daily operations, as well as collaborate with IT Service Desk Support (1st and 2nd levels), administrative tasks related to process mapping, documentation, controls and IT organization, according to the VW Financial Services standards.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • User Management and User Administration tasks, such as entitlements, IT roles and Business Roles creation / maintenance / certification, access assignments, Aditus tool operation and so on.
  • 1st and 2nd levels IT support for internal users.
  • Point of contact of the topic Identity and Access Management (IAM) for local and international projects, as well as for daily operations.
  • Perform the Access Recertification process.
  • Identify and report gaps regarding IAM topic.
  • Prepare plan of measures to mitigate or eliminate risks regarding IAM.
  • Provide guidance related to IAM topic for internal stakeholders.
  • Develop or update local policies and guidelines according to the Group Standards.
  • Prepare and maintain mapping and documentation.
  • Preparation of KPIs, reports and presentations regarding IT IAM and Service Desk.
  • Support demands of Identity and Access Management topic for projects / regular operations.
  • Inventory control and IT resources maintenance.


We believe that the right profile for this role should have / be:

  • A degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable training with relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience working with Identity and Access management (User Management / Administration, Privileged Access Management, Business Roles, Segregation of Duties).
  • Ability to work with administration tasks such as documentation, process design, ticketing controls, evidence reviewing.
  • Experience in End-User / IT-User support.
  • Familiarity with IT Standard best practice controls.
  • Internationally recognized certifications such as ITIL, COBIT or similar are desirable.
  • Familiarity with M365 Products.
  • Previous usage of Atlassian Confluence / Jira will be a differential.
  • Excellent communication skills audience-appropriate, clear, and efficient.
  • Speaks & writes English fluently.
