Key accountabilities:

• Design of mockups and user interface proposals based on early requirements and technical constraints;
• Definition of a visual style and design direction for the interface;
• Creation of product design sketches or visualizations that support the overall concept;
• Iterative refinement of designs in coordination with internal stakeholders;
• Participation in selected workshops, reviews, or meetings to gather feedback and present proposals.

Required Experience:

• User interface design for embedded systems, preferably in the HVAC or industrial equipment domain;
• Visual and product design, including the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete proposals;
• Use of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite);
• Designing within technical and ergonomic constraints of control interfaces.
• These competences are currently not available within the department, and external support is required to ensure adequate coverage of the design tasks during the concept phase.
• Strong visual and interface design skills;
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
