We are seeking an experienced Treasury professional to lead a strategic transformation project, establishing the foundations of a best-in-class Treasury function.

From process design to governance implementation, you will drive the setup of a scalable treasury framework aligned with international standards.

Description

• Design and implement the Treasury operating model.
• Define Treasury policies, procedures, workflows, and internal controls.
• Establish cash management and liquidity management processes.
• Develop cash-flow forecasting and reporting methodologies.
• Define banking structures and support banking relationship management.
• Implement Treasury governance and compliance frameworks.
• Create reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs for management.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Corporate teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Support the implementation of Treasury systems and tools.
• Ensure alignment with group Treasury standards and best practices.
• Document all Treasury processes to ensure scalability and continuity.

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Treasury leadership or Treasury transformation projects.
• Previous experience creating, implementing, or restructuring Treasury functions.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, and Treasury controls.
• Experience designing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and countries.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and implementation-focused mindset.
• Experience within multinational environments is highly valued.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or shared services sectors will be considered an advantage.
• English: Fluent (Mandatory)
• French: Nice to have for the project, highly valued for future permanent opportunities
• Additional languages are a plus.
