Small but exciting multinational company in the textile industry that provides sourcing and production strategy services trans-nationally, from the very beginning of the development cycle to the final delivery of goods.
Your new job
– Manage accounting and tax for all business areas
– Identify and solve pay-related issues
– Manage accounts receivables and payables (AR/AP)
– Identify and address account discrepancies
– Review and approve bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
– Review and process office expenses, reimbursements, customer invoicing and employee payroll
– Create financial and inventory reports
– Develop and maintain administrative and ad-hoc processes
– Support operations during recruitment and onboarding processes
– Keep clear accessible records through shared resources and file systems
– Stay current with all regulations, requirements and laws
What you need to succeed
– Financial reporting
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, charts, pivot tables)
– Previous experience with ERP software usage (PHC, SAP, Primavera or others)
- Fluent Portuguese and English
– Good understanding of general accounting and bookkeeping procedures
– Notions of foreign trading and export concepts (desired)
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Computer savy / Digital literacy
– Proactive and autonomous
– Analytical and logical ability
– Results oriented
