Key Responsibilities:

• Period-End Management: Execute period-end routines with accuracy and timing, ensuring consistency of transactional data across systems and markets;
• Reconciliation & Variance Analysis: Perform reconciliations and variance reviews, aligning cash movements and recorded entries, and resolving discrepancies proactively;
• Financial Controls & Compliance: Maintain operational financial controls, documenting activities, supporting audit readiness, and safeguarding data integrity;
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, providing day-to-day operational support and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Profile

What you bring:

• Experience & Education: At least 1 year of experience in treasury or accounting;
• Language Proficiency: Good verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B1 level);
• Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with financial systems and digital tools, with the ability to navigate transactional data, perform reconciliations, and follow established control procedures;
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable under deadlines. Collaborative and clear in communication. Proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes and ways of working while supporting cross-functional teams.
