Your Core Missions

  • Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics for international tours, including flights, ground transport, visas, and hotel bookings
  • Research, request, and negotiate group hotel rates across Europe and the UK
  • Create clear travel overviews, timelines, and routing plans for musicians, conductors, and crew
  • Communicate detailed itineraries to artists and production teams in a timely, professional manner
  • Liaise with tour management to align travel schedules with technical and performance requirements
  • Track and update travel documentation, expenses, and booking databases
  • Proactively resolve any last-minute changes, delays, or disruptions with calm efficiency


What You Bring to the Journey

  • 3+ years of experience coordinating travel and hospitality logistics for touring productions, performing arts, or corporate events
  • Strong hotel and flight booking know-how, including group bookings and loyalty programs
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills-you're the calm eye in the travel storm
  • A sharp eye for accuracy and detail, and the stamina to juggle multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with travel management tools and GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, etc.) is a plus
  • A genuine interest in live music, film, or touring entertainment industries
  • Must have residency in Madeira Island - Portugal
