The selected professional will handle T&E processes aligned with the service catalog, including posting, verification, and making corrections when needed. The T&E team also oversees the management of T&E Cards and P-Cards.
Description
- Carry out daily transactional tasks in accordance with operational guidelines, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals are met;
- Manage operations within the T&E system (Concur);
- Process and post expense reports in the ERP system and perform account reconciliations;
- Verify the legitimacy of expense reports and request or validate corrections based on standard procedures;
- Handle administrative tasks related to T&E cards and P-cards;
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders through established channels;
- Achieve quantitative, qualitative, and timely performance targets for assigned tasks (e.g., transaction reviews and reconciliations);
- Deliver services to the expected standards, ensuring accurate data processing and system maintenance;
- Resolve straightforward issues using provided documentation and guidelines;
- Escalate unresolved processes or problems to the T&E Team Leader when necessary;
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying and proposing enhancements to existing processes;
- Keep operational procedures up to date, including training materials for new team members;
- Contribute actively to ongoing projects;
- Perform internal controls to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.
Profile
- Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in T&E processes;
- Proficiency in SAP and Concur systems;
- Ability to monitor and review work or information while effectively managing time and resources;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address operational challenges;
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for seamless collaboration;
- High attention to detail to ensure top-quality operational performance;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
