Description

Project management

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams with the support of senior project managers
• Define and implement Project Management tools and frameworks to allow projects to run smoothly and keeping them on track
• Define and monitor project plans along with business areas and supporting them in all stages of project while keeping track on key KPIs and SLAs

Reporting and data

• Collect reported metrics and feedback from other departments
• Prepare regular financial and management documents, briefings and updates
• Provide an aggregated/ segmented view of the project portfolio
• Define and monitor KPIs that provide a consolidated view of project portfolio across and outsider of the organization

Support management decisions

• Deliver final reports and presentations, building a story and final recommendations and support the decision-making process with relevant data insights
• Highlight relevant impact stories and projects to be shared internally and externally

Profile

• Associate level position with proven experience on similar roles particularly on project management
• Outstanding academic performance with Master's degree in Management, Economics, or other subject with relevant experience to the job
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to extract relevant data from various sources of information
• Knowledgeable of data analytics to turn data insights into strategic actions
• Fluency in building visualizations of complex data sets
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
• Ability to present clear, structured and logical thinking insights to C-level stakeholders
• Structured and conceptual problem solver with a high degree of pragmatism
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, budgeting and time management skills
