We are looking for a Transformation Program Manager for a hybrid project based in Lisbon (2x/Week).


Requirements:

  • At Least 6 years of experience in similar roles.
  • IT background and excellent understanding of IT Roles.
  • Experience with Program Management.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. (Infrastructure, APS, ADM, Business) including senior management.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Fluency in English.


Responsibilities:

  • Steer transformation program and related projects - affecting their line or work - either directly or through cross-entity projects.
  • Support and follow the execution of transformation projects.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of diffrent projects, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Communicating changes to relevant stakeholders and managing resistance effectively.
  • Implementing change management strategies and plans that drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.
