Experis is recruiting a Traffic Management Officer to join a fast-growing international environment, focused on the planning, coordination, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business and commercial goals.
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Configure, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Define audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with brand, editorial, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, including ROI analysis.
- Identify market trends and best practices to continuously improve results.
- Work closely with CRM and analytics tools to support decision-making processes.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams using campaign management platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience (1-3 years) in planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Fluent French and English (minimum C1 level).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proactive, creative, and results-oriented profile.
