Your new role

You will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the overall testing strategy, ensuring high-quality software delivery through robust test automation, continuous integration, and performance optimization throughout all HAVI products and applications.

You will design scalable test frameworks, selecting appropriate tools, and driving best practices across functional, integration, performance, and security testing. The position requires a highly skilled individual capable of addressing complex technical challenges, promoting best practices, and ensuring high-quality solutions across the entire software development lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in defining, implementing and managing complex test frameworks for both web and non-web applications.
• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, Playwright).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Deep knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and security testing.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive testing strategies at scale.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and shift-left testing approaches.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain business is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in software testing, quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
• Fluency in English language (oral and written) is mandatory.
