FREELANCE - Integration & Test Manager - SAP S/4HANA Brownfield

For our client we're looking for an experienced Integration & Test Manager to join a major SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion programme.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring that existing ECC processes, integrations, and custom developments transition smoothly into the new S/4HANA environment with minimal disruption to the business.

• Immediate start
• 12 month contract
• Hybrid role - 2 x per week on site in Lisbon or Porto

Your role:

As the Integration & Test Manager, you will own and drive the end-to-end testing strategy across the programme. You'll work at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring all systems and processes are fully validated and ready for go-live.

What you'll be doing:

• Define and deliver the overall test strategy (SIT, UAT, regression) aligned with cutover plans
• Lead integration testing across SAP modules and connected systems
• Ensure end-to-end process validation and data consistency
• Manage test cycles, test cases, test data, and execution
• Validate custom code, interfaces, and ECC regression scenarios
• Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects
• Strong background in test management across SIT, UAT, and regression
• Solid understanding of SAP processes, integrations, and custom developments
• Experience with tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or Tosca
