Role and Responsibilities

• Owning the project delivery in terms of project level strategy, planning
• Customer stakeholder management, risks management, reporting
• Managing 6-7 Test Engineers
• Handling the Jira, Zephyr, Excel tools in terms of project creation, dashboard set up, test cases
• Estimations, reviews and end to end STLC process

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in leading Test Engineers and test phases
• Proven experience in planning and delivering test initiatives for complex programs
• ISTQB Foundation certification
• Strong proficiency in Zephyr and JIRA
• PowerBI experience
• High-level proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
