Role:

Test Automation Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to support continuous testing and quality assurance processes. They focus on building reliable automation for progression, regression, and smoke testing, ensuring stability, accuracy, and timely reporting of results.

Must have:

• Strong hands-on in Python (BDD/Behave), API Testing, SQL, Postman/SoapUI (advanced), and Linux/Bash scripting.

Good to have:

• Experience on Kafka, Grafana, k6, Locust, telecom and IoT ecosystems

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts in alignment with test objectives and acceptance criteria.

• Executing automated tests for progression, regression, and smoke testing as part of CI/CD pipelines.

• Ensuring the reliability, reusability, and maintainability of automation frameworks.

• Develop and Maintain the Test Automation Frameworks in use, ensuring also proper documentation of all features and use cases.

• Investigating test failures, analysing root causes, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

• Providing clear and actionable test reports to stakeholders and ensuring traceability to requirements.

• Familiarity with SAFe(Scaled Agile Framework)
