Our immediate focus is Portugal, and we're hiring a Territory Sales Manager to cover Northern Portugal.

About the Role:

This is a market development position, leading all commercial activity in the region with a focus on launching and growing the Neurovascular portfolio. You'll work closely with Interventional Radiologists and Neuroradiologists, playing a key role in introducing game-changing technologies that improve patient outcomes.

You'll be part of a small but elite team of 2, reporting directly to the VP Commercial. This is a highly visible role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment where autonomy and initiative are rewarded.

We're Looking for:

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience
• Experience or strong network within Interventional Radiology, Neuroradiology, Cardiology, or Vascular specialties (highly advantageous)
• Proven ability in sales and business development
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation
• Fluent English (essential)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Northern Portugal (essential)
