Your New Role
As a Helpdesk Technician, you will provide day-to-day technical support to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and applications. You’ll work in rotating shifts and be exposed to both Windows and Linux environments, with opportunities to lead small IT projects and grow into a junior system administration role.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support to local and remote users, resolving technical issues efficiently
 - Install, configure, patch, and upgrade software and hardware
 - Administer Office 365 users and tools
 - Perform diagnostics and escalate incidents when necessary
 - Support PC, server, and network issues locally
 - Interact with external suppliers for warranty and technical support
 - Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing
 
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Helpdesk or Service Desk roles
 - Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Office 365 administration
 - Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft SCCM
 - Basic understanding of Azure services
 - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
 - Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and collaborative mindset
 - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
