Adecco is hiring a Technical Trainer for a globally operating automotive company based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role supports headquarters in developing and delivering technical training for Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporations product portfolio across international markets. The Regional Office Americas serves as the contact point for the Americas region, providing support for the full FUSO Trucks and Buses portfolio. The office works closely with headquarters in Kawasaki, Japan, to ensure that vehicles and services meet the specific needs of the Americas markets. The Technical Trainer will report to the Technical Service & Training Manager Americas.

What you will Do?

• Support headquarters in developing innovative and effective training concepts for international markets
• Deliver high-quality product training using the Train-the-Trainer approach
• Assist in scheduling annual and quarterly training programs and manage adjustments
• Participate in managing training-related events for international markets
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure training programs are delivered effectively when internal resources are insufficient

Your Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle changes within deadlines
• Experience as a technical trainer in the automotive industry for more than three years
• Business-level proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in Americas languages as an advantage
• High level of technical and product knowledge for MFTBC in-production vehicles
