What we're looking for:

• + 4 years of experience as a Tech Support

• Strong skills with Calypso, SQL

• Hands on with Support LVL 1 and 2, CI/CD

• Fluency in English at least a B2 level

This position is in a Hybrid Work Model 2 x week in Lisbon or Porto. Candidates should be based in Portugal to be considered.
