We are looking for an Technical Support Specialist to join a long-term international project!
Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with internal policies, for IAM-related incidents.
What Are We Looking For?
Fluent in English and French (B2+ minimum in both).
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of user account management, access rights, and role provisioning.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Availability for on-call/weekend support when needed - Availability for shifts.
Azure EntraID knowledge is a strong plus.
