What are you going to do?

  • Act as first-level support for users on CLM/CRM tools, particularly WDX1
  • Diagnose incidents related to tool usage, data quality, and integrations with core banking systems (S2i)
  • Analyze integration messages and perform functional and technical investigations
  • Execute queries in MS Dynamics to support incident analysis and resolution
  • Conduct screen-sharing sessions with users to identify and understand reported issues
  • Qualify incidents and malfunctions, ensuring accurate categorization and prioritization
  • Escalate unresolved tickets to Level 2 support and follow up until resolution
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including WDX providers and internal teams
  • Document identified issues, root causes, and recurring problems
  • Use Jira and Confluence for ticket tracking, knowledge base updates, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with KYC processes, confidentiality, and risk awareness standards


What are you looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar support or functional analyst roles
  • Experience acting as first-level point of contact for users on CLM/CRM tools, namely WDX1
  • Ability to identify root causes of incidents related to tools, incorrect usage, or data exchanges with core banking systems (S2i)
  • Experience analyzing integration messages
  • Ability to perform queries in MS Dynamics
  • User-level experience with Jira and Confluence
  • User-level experience with O365
  • Functional knowledge of KYC processes and client onboarding (Know Your Client)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Technical and functional curiosity
  • High sense of reliability, risk awareness, and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Autonomous, methodical, and team-oriented profile
  • Languages: English (C1 mandatory) and French (C1 mandatory)
