We are looking for a Technical Software Architect / Team Lead with development and leadership skills to join and be part of the creation of a center of excellence for a leading multinational fintech company.

Required qualifications:

• ? Experience in OO Programming such as Java
• Solid understanding of development, best practices, and software life cycle
• Strong development skills with the ability to lead technically and support team delivery
• ? Strong communication skills
• Minimum Level of English: B2/C1
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Great team spirit, independence, pleasant attitude, and openness to learn
• Experience working in an Agile environment and Scrum methodologies
