Descrição da Função

Adecco is hiring a Technical Service member for the European region, based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role provides advanced technical support for FUSO commercial vehicles as part of the frontline aftersales team. Responsibilities include resolving complex vehicle issues, supporting dealers and distributors, and ensuring service excellence through diagnostic expertise and field-based interventions. The successful candidate will serve as a key link between the field and MFTBC Headquarters and Quality teams, requiring strong technical acumen, proactive problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset to maintain vehicle uptime and service quality across all markets.

What you will Do?

  • Deliver high-level technical assistance to distributors, dealers, and fleet operators across Europe
  • Travel to dealer or customer locations to assist with urgent or unresolved technical issues
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations into high-impact vehicle failures and recommend corrective actions
  • Gather technical data and issue reports to escalate product concerns to the HQ-TS function
  • Assess the service readiness and processes of dealer workshops, providing structured feedback and improvement plans

Your Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Technology, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum of 4-7 years of hands-on experience in technical service, diagnostics, or aftersales support within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry
  • Proven experience with electronic diagnostic tools, service software, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Fluency in English is required; additional local European language skills are an added advantage
  • Strong root cause analysis and trend identification from field data
