Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist - Observability to join our teams and support one of our clients with end to end expertise in observability solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, helping organizations understand how modern observability tools can transform their operations.


What you will do:

  • Identify business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and presenting tailored observability solutions;
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to support pre sales activities, including technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and requirement clarification;
  • Deliver workshops and presentations to educate clients on observability best practices and how proposed solutions address their needs;
  • Provide continuous market and client feedback to contribute to product and service improvement;
  • Support sales cycles by clearly articulating the value and business impact of observability tools.


What you are like:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
  • Proficient in technical sales or pre sales activities, ideally within observability, monitoring, or IT infrastructure;
  • Experienced with tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, or similar platforms;
  • Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non technical stakeholders;
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
