We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for a range of IT roles across the organization (national and international projects).

Role: IT Recruiter.

Location: 100% Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales managers to understand technical requirements for open roles;
• Source candidates through internal database/tools, LinkedIn and employee referrals;
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assess technical skills;
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates;
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS);
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Stay updated on latest recruiting trends and best practices in the tech industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related fields;
• Min. 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter;
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, etc.);
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases;
• Strong knowledge of technical roles (e.g. Developers, System Admins, Data Analysts, Cloud, Engineers, etc.);
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
