Technical Product Owner SAP S/4 - Quality Management (m/f/x)
You will:
- Serve as the Technical Product Owner for SAP S/4, focusing specifically on the Quality Management workstream within the ZEISS Consumer Markets segment.
- Take responsibility for analyzing and elaborating global Quality Management processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS Consumer Markets segment and IT experts.
- Design practicable Quality Management solutions together with your agile scrum team, business partners, and software architects.
- Strongly align with the ZEISS corporate SCRUM teams to ensure suitable Quality Management processes for ZEISS Consumer Market.
- Define user stories related to Quality Management in coordination with the business and hand them over to the SCRUM team.
- Evaluate and integrate Quality Management processes into ZEISS Global Templates and rollout within the ZEISS Consumer Markets segment.
- Manage project plans, monitor progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment specifically for Quality Management.
- Monitor progress, identify deviations, and integrate local Quality Management needs into global templates.
- Align the Quality Management transformation process with ongoing projects within Operations globally and local sites at ZEISS Consumer Markets segment.
You have:
- A degree in (business) computer science, industrial engineering, or another degree program with a focus on information technology.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a SAP product owner or IT project manager.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP QM.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT Architecture with SAP and non-SAP landscape understanding, e.g., MES.
- Understanding of and experience with agile working methods (e.g., SCRUM) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Experience in modelling IT processes and describing user stories.
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working in agile, self-organized, and dynamic teams.
- Project management experience, strong analytics, and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, reduce complexity, and mentor.
- Change management experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- A high sense of responsibility, good comprehension skills, and a high willingness to learn.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
