Descrição da Função

Adecco Recruitment is searching for a Technical Operations Lead for a client in the Automotive industry - Direct Contract.

You will ensure the efficient delivery of App store & high-quality embedded in-car infotainment Applications while effectively managing the maintenance & server infrastructure. You will also be responsible for securing the delivery of App store & the Aps with required quality & on time, optimizing processes, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, allocating resources effectively, overseeing program management and ensuring quality assurance. Additionally, you will oversee risk management, performance monitoring, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Responsibilities

 - Program Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of App store & in-car Apps per OEM, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
  • Coordinate with project managers and development teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
  • Monitor program progress and address any issues or risks that may arise, taking corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

Operational Plan

  • Develop and implement plans to streamline operations and align them with the companys goals and objectives.

- Process Optimization

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize output.

 Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Foster collaboration and communication among different departments to ensure seamless coordination of operational activities, covering Technical development, sales and the customers teams.

Resource Allocation

  • Manage resource allocation effectively, including personnel and budget allocation, to meet operational requirements efficiently.

Quality Assurance

  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of App product and service delivered, focused on all App value chain from ideation to deep testing & maintenance.

 Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks in terms of resources and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulations.

 Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Establish KPIs to track operational performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Team Leadership

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay abreast of Software industry trends and best practices in operations management and drive initiatives for continuous improvement within the organization.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
  • Proven experience in software operations management, with a track record of delivering high-quality programs;
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and deployment processes;
  • Proficiency in server infrastructure management and security practices;
  • Previous automotive experience is a plus;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
