Responsible for all plant maintenance activities, including plant modification projects.
Main actuation areas: mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation and IT.
Description
To manage and supervise in close proximity day-to-day mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation and IT operations;
To monitor maintenance KPI´s and act accordingly in order to meet targets;
To ensure the execution of an adequate preventive maintenance plan;
To continuously present improvement proposals in order to achieve maximum levels of plant availability and reliability;
To ensure proper execution of maintenance works, in accordance with electrical regulations;
To lead all plant modification projects;
To ensure adequate training for all team under responsibility;
To ensure the availability and good condition of all Maintenance tools and equipment;
To continuously meet and coordinate with Production all Maintenance activities, involving QSHE Support when applicable;
To monitor employee job performance such as attendance, quality, productivity and safety mindset;
Responsible for the application and compliance with safety and environmental protective measures during all maintenance work.
Profile
Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical (or similar) Engineering Degree;
Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant industrial context and roles;
Minimum 5 years of experience in teams management;
"Safety First" mindset;
Strong leadership skills, leading "by example";
Industrial equipment technical knowledge;
Relevant technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation;
Maintenance management tools and KPI´s knowledge;
ERP user experience (preferably SAP);
MS Office user experience;
Good English level (written and spoken).
