Your New Role

As a Technical Lead, you will lead a highly skilled development team, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions. You’ll define technical direction, implement the best engineering practices, and foster a culture of innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mentoring and developing the team.
• Defining architecture and aligning with business strategy.
• Implementing practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners and Architects to turn business needs into technical solutions.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in technical leadership (minimum 4 years).
• Strong background in .NET/C#, Azure Cloud, and Agile practices.
• Knowledge of SOLID, DDD/EDA, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Skills in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Microsoft certifications or experience in financial services are a plus.
