The person we are looking to integrate on this occasion will carry out their activities within the Customer Service department at our facilities in Carnaxide on the outskirts of Lisbon.


If you are the successful candidate, your main mission will be to provide technical support to our channel partners, businesses, and end users. As a specialized technician, you will handle remote assistance and support for implementation, configuration, and resolution of reported issues from our customers, ensuring the best possible experience. Your main responsibilities will be:


  • Guide customers with clear instructions on our products and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Have a complete understanding of printing principles, theories, and concepts.
  • Present the benefits of Brother's printing products and software solutions.
  • Provide technical recommendations and guidance on Brother's managed print services.
  • Contribute to the improvement of current procedures.
  • Install/update and test new solutions when available.
  • Assist in improving processes and implementing new ones


About you


  • Professional training in a technical field or engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar tasks, with knowledge and experience in printing
  • Solid understanding of network technologies, IT systems, and familiarity with IT hardware, operating systems, and software concepts. Advanced proficiency in office tools (Microsoft: Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Power BI). Basic to advanced knowledge of customer relationship management systems such as CRM and ERP.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • A high level of English proficiency (B2 level according to MCER) is required, and Spanish (B1/B2 level according to MCER) is considered a plus
  • Key competencies: Problem-solving through effective identification and resolution of challenges, analytical skills in data interpretation and informed decision-making, teamwork and communication, collaborating with others to explain technical concepts. Adaptability and continuous learning, being flexible with changes and updates in technology. Time management and attention to detail, prioritizing tasks effectively and ensuring accuracy in work.
