We are seeking a Customer Tech Support professional to provide high-quality assistance and resolve technical inquiries for clients in the professional services industry. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Description

  • Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to clients via multiple communication channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the company's products or services.
  • Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Document and update customer interactions and technical solutions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve recurring issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and technical guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and service level agreements.
  • Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Profile

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, including handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer

Contract Details:

  • Base annual salary: €15,000, paid monthly.
  • Work model: Fully remote.
  • Working hours: Between 09:00 and 00:00, Monday to Monday, with two weekends off per month.
  • Contract type: Permanent, offering a stable and supportive work environment.

Benefits:

  • Meal allowance of €7.63 per working day
  • Internet allowance of €20.00 per month
