We're launching Wisen with our first clinic pilots: a healthcare marketplace + SaaS for professionals, clinics, and patients.

The platform is production-grade, but I need a fullstack/backend co-founder to scale it past pilot, build the next layers of the roadmap, and own engineering as CTO. Equity-based, paid trial project before we sign anything.

What you'd own:

• Backend architecture beyond pilot scale: multi-tenant marketplace, booking engine, billing, analytics
• Healthcare interoperability layer: FHIR/HL7
• AI clinical scribe module: prototyped, needs production hardening
• GDPR, data residency, and role-based access at scale

Who I'm looking for:

• Strong fullstack/backend: Node/TS, Postgres, AWS, containerized services, multi-tenant SaaS
• Genuine passion for healthcare
• FHIR / HL7 proficiency
