Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Analyst (TA) to act as the bridge between Internal engineering teams and IT development/support functions. The TA will ensure that product specifications are complete, technically accurate, fully tested, and implemented in line with engineering expectations. The role involves end-to-end lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, testing coordination, deployment support, and ongoing systems support.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather functional and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable documentation for IT development teams.
• Manage stakeholder reviews and approval processes for specifications and changes.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Assist in creating and reviewing test cases and test plans.
• Coordinate and support QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Validate that delivered features meet all specified requirements.

Specification Management:

• Maintain up-to-date documentation including specifications, process flows, and change logs.
• Support developers by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
• Track versioning and ensure change control processes are followed.

Project & Delivery Support:

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies or cross-functional project meetings.
• Support feature releases and deployments from development to production.
• Help triage and resolve post-deployment issues.

Post-Deployment System Support:

• Monitor system performance and user feedback after go-live.
• Work with IT and engineering to identify and implement improvements.
• Support upgrades, patches, and process refinements as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Solid understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum)
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and technical communication
• Experience with APIs, SQL, and reading system logs
• Proficiency in tools like Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and Git
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Exposure to automated testing or scripting tools
• Familiarity with system monitoring platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus)
• Background in software development or technical support
• Understanding of CI/CD and deployment pipelines
