What is the Optimyze Summer Academy?

This 6-month full-time internship is designed to kick-start your career in tech recruitment.

You'll receive intensive hands-on training and personalized mentorship in all key aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Talent market research & candidate profiling
• Active sourcing on LinkedIn, GitHub & other platforms
• Boolean search techniques & sourcing automation tools
• CV screening, candidate interviews & client communication
• Recruitment marketing & employer branding
• CRM & database management
• Understanding of tech roles (DevOps, Cloud, Security, etc.)

At the end of the program, successful interns will be offered a permanent full-time role as Junior Tech Recruiter at Optimyze Consulting.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a background in recruitment or tech - just the right mindset. We want:

• Highly motivated students, recent graduates, or career changers
• Fluent in English (German is a plus!)
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or the tech industry
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and a structured work ethic
• Willingness to learn, grow and be part of a close-knit international team
