We are looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Front-End Developer to join international projects, taking on a technical leadership role in the development of web and mobile applications, with regular communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in front-end web and mobile development
• Define and promote best practices in architecture, code quality, and performance
• Develop modern, responsive, and user-centric interfaces
• Mentor and support junior developers (code reviews, technical guidance)
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, back-end, product, and QA teams
• Participate in technical decisions, estimations, and solution design
• Communicate effectively with international stakeholders in French and English

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Front-End Developer / Tech Lead
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Experience in web and mobile development (e.g. React Native)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• French level B1 (mandatory) and English level B2 (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience with micro-frontend architectures
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and front-end testing (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong sensitivity to UX/UI principles and performance optimization
