We are now looking for a Team Lead & Tech Lead, willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Job Purpose:

To provide technical and strategic leadership for the infrastructure team, ensuring the implementation of robust, modern, and business-aligned solutions. Guarantee system stability, security, and scalability while driving technological transformation through modernization and optimization projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Strategic Leadership:

• Lead the infrastructure team, promoting best practices, operational efficiency, and proactive problem-solving.
• Serve as the technical authority for advanced troubleshooting, critical decision-making, and infrastructure architecture (cloud, virtualization, networking, security, backup, etc.).
• Manage the technology roadmap, focusing on automation, cloud adoption, security, and system integration.

Project Management & Transformation:

• Lead migration, modernization, and infrastructure upgrade projects, ensuring deadlines, risk mitigation, and value delivery.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams (DevSecOps) to ensure technical and operational alignment.
• Oversee business continuity (BCP), compliance, and governance initiatives (e.g., CMDB, security policies).

Solution Architecture & Design:

• Define hybrid (on-prem + cloud) and multi-cloud (Azure/AWS) architectures, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and resilience.
• Document technical requirements, infrastructure diagrams, and improvement proposals aligned with audit and cybersecurity standards.
• Optimize virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, networking, and backup environments with a focus on SLAs and high availability.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Drive automation adoption (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform) and DevOps/FinOps practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., containers, Kubernetes) and propose integrations into existing ecosystems.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Background:

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in technical leadership or architecture roles.
• Proven experience in managing complex technology projects (e.g., cloud migrations).
• Technical expertise in:
• Cloud & Hybrid: Azure and/or AWS, IaaS/PaaS, hybrid networking.
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, clustering.
• Systems: Microsoft AD, M365, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), monitoring (Zabbix, PRTG).
• Networking & Security: Firewalls, VPN, DNS, DHCP, routing.
• Automation: PowerShell/Bash/Python, Terraform/Ansible (desirable).
• Storage/Backup: Veeam, NetApp, Dell EMC.

Additional Skills:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AZ-104, VCP, RHCSA, ITIL) are a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and containers (Docker/Kubernetes) - advantageous.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) for documentation and international communication.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to mentor technical teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication to convey technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences
