About Hira Talent

Hira Talent is an international recruitment agency based in Lisbon, connecting multilingual talent with career opportunities across Europe.

As we continue to scale rapidly, we are strengthening our sourcing capabilities and looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our growing team.

You will work closely with recruiters and play a key role at the very start of the recruitment funnel: identifying, engaging and qualifying top talent across Europe.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, analytical, and motivated by targets and results.

About the Role

As a Talent Sourcer at Hira Talent, you will:

Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and social media

Pre-screen profiles and assess fit before recruiter interviews

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using ATS / CRM tools

Work hand-in-hand with recruiters to meet hiring targets

Use premium sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI, automation tools)

Contribute to improving sourcing strategies, messaging and processes

Support international recruitment projects across multiple European markets

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing or sales is a strong plus

Fluent in English (additional European languages are a big advantage: French, Dutch, German, Spanish )

Strong written communication and outreach skills

Tech-savvy, fast learner, comfortable with tools and automation

Target-driven, proactive and ambitious mindset

Curious, structured and motivated to grow in recruitment
