Opportunity: Talent Attraction Specialist


As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Shared Services Center in Porto by identifying, attracting and engaging top talent across European markets. You will partner closely with hiring managers, strengthen our employer brand and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about people, data-driven recruitment and employer branding, who thrives in a dynamic and multicultural environment.


What will you do?


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different functions and European markets
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define the ideal candidate
  • Source and attract talent through LinkedIn, job boards, university partnerships etc
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview stages,
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for strategic and hard-to-fill roles,
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions
  • Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding journey, contributing to a great experience for new joiners
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job fairs, partnerships with universities and recruitment events
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn and internal communication channels to strengthen our employer brand
  • Support internal initiatives that promote Culture & Belonging and reinforce our Employee Value Proposition
  • Manage and promote employee referral programmes to enhance talent attraction through internal engagement
  • Coordinate internship initiatives (e.g. IEFP programmes), ensuring compliance
  • Contribute to HR projects that enhance employee experience, engagement and retention
  • Analyse feedback from exit interviews and employee conversations, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness) to improve processes
  • Ensure data accuracy across recruitment systems and maintain up-to-date documentation
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives


What you'll need to succeed?

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in dynamic environments
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms
  • Experience building talent pipelines and supporting strategic hiring needs
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, conversion rates)
  • Experience with employee referral programmes, internships or early careers initiatives is a plus
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar field
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments
  • Interest in employer branding and employee experience initiatives
