  • Reporting directly to the HR Director, the Talent & Development Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing talent acquisition, performance, and development strategies across the organization.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent (TA), developing internal capabilities (LD), and promoting a culture of continuous learning and leadership development.

Description

  • Define and implement Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding strategies to attract high-potential professionals through diverse sourcing channels;
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles;
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes;
  • Lead and oversee performance management programs including goal setting, skills assessments, and succession planning initiatives;
  • Facilitate talent reviews and design leadership development programs in alignment with business strategy and organizational values;
  • Drive career development initiatives, promote feedback culture and encourage employee engagement;
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to leadership and key talent, aligned with the group's culture and business objectives;
  • Regularly assess training needs and ensure development efforts support business goals and talent retention.

Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and employee development;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset;
  • Experience in designing and managing talent and performance processes;
  • Leadership skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders across the business;
  • Availability to work within multilocation while managing a team of 3 HR specialists (Talent Acquisition, L&D and Performance).
