A French multinational is looking for a Talent & Development Specialist (m/f/d) to expand the HR Team in Lisbon!
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director, this specialist will be responsible for improving, designing, and implementing career path programs and the performance evaluation process. Additionally, they will participate in developing plans for employees, identifying growth and learning opportunities aligned with their soft/hard skills, career goals, and company objectives. They will work closely with managers to ensure career and development plans are in place, analyse employee performance and progress, and develop metrics and reports.
What you’ll need to succeed
A degree in HR or a related field, with more than 5 years of experience in Talent Development roles focused on career path and performance evaluation projects. Experience in the IT sector is mandatory. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. A very good level of Portuguese and English is mandatory, and French is a plus.
