We are looking for a IT Recruiter to join our operation in Lisbon or Porto.

If you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or similar;
• Experience in IT Recruitment (+ 3 years);
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent English and Portuguese;
• Dynamim, proactivity and team spirit;
• Decision maker and willing to take risks;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership in fast-paced environment.

• Understand recruitment needs and requirements;
• Selection and Recruitment of IT Talent;
• Conduct interviews.
