We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment (IT)
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Portuguese and English
