A European leader in technology is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) in Lisbon!

Your new role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and managing top talent in the market.

This Talent will be responsible for developing creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top professionals in the fields of technology, engineering, and innovation; Assisting in the creation and promotion of job advertisements across various platforms; Managing and optimizing the recruitment process; Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates; Participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to identify promising talent and support on onboarding functions.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree in HR or a related field, with more than 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the IT sector is a plus. 
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. Fluency in English is mandatory.
