Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding and candidate engagement processes. You will work alongside experienced recruiters and hiring managers, supporting efforts to attract, engage and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms including job boards, and internal career pages.
• Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate assessments to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Conduct research to identify innovative talent acquisition strategies and sources.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, including organizing events and creating social media content.
• Collect and analyze recruitment metrics to help refine recruitment strategies.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
