Execute and monitoring all recruitment processes, to attract skill people and to support the business strategy. Responsible of planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company alongside the HRBP Manager.


Reporting to the HRBP your main responsibilities will be:

Develop and coordinate, with the HR Business Partner support, all recruitment processes to support the department's needs;

Develop alongside the HR BP Manager the recruitment process being responsible for its communication and implementation in the organisation;

Support HR Business Partners, to identify recruitment needs and candidate's profiles so that the appropriate methodology for each recruitment case could be implement according to the company policies and principles;

Develop talent pool or social engagements;

Attract candidates to the different recruitment offers, through internal job posting and by informing the line manager of which positions must be advertised externally and consulting other recruitment sources to effectively target the right candidates for the job;

Manage with the HRBP support the recruitment processes and life-cycle including Assessment Centres that will ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates to the vacancies in line with Recruitment Policy and Procedures;

Make the job offer, preparing an offer letter, to ensure that the selected candidate is informed of the salary and remuneration conditions and to make sure the candidate understands these conditions;

To facilitate a smooth on-boarding process for new employees, the Talent Acquisition Partner will administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees as well as assist with the orientation process;

Manager and Maintain the recruiting database, to ensure applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding;

Manage and maintain social media platforms related to recruitment and employee feedback;

Seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent;

Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process;

Work with the HR Business Partner on the onboarding of the new employees.


The ideal candidate will have:

University degree in Human Resources Management or related areas;

4-6 year' experience in Recruitment and Selection;

Preferential experience in International Recruitment and in the luxury industry;

Experience in managing multiple R&S processes;

Knowledge on employer branding;

Availability to travel;

Fluency in Business English (written and spoken);

Proficiency in MS Office.
